ACCOMMODATION DURING THE CAMP

During the training camp in Tver campers are offered accommodation at a bed-and-breakfast hotel located within the territory if TRIUMF Sports Centre, which was opened in 2013 (accommodation cost included into the fee). Rooms have two-tier beds and closets for personal items. Laundry services are provided for an additional fee. A supervising instructor will ensure control over security in the hotel and observing the camp schedule. In case a camper opts to stay in a different hotel, the cost of his stay at TRIUMF Sport Centre bed-and breakfast will be deducted from the total fee for the camp.  
When camps take place at other cities of Russia, the Russian Hockey School organizes accommodation for all the campers. Detailed information on the accommodation conditions will be provided in announcements posted on our website as well as by emails.  
Apart from providing accommodation for young players, we will gladly assist their parents and other persons accompanying them arranging their stay in our partner hotels.

FEES

The amount of the camp fee depends on visiting coaches, location and duration of the camp, availability of meals and accommodation. In case of early booking a place in the camp and transferring full payment for it not later than 30 calendar days before the camp starts, we offer a discount. The discount amount will be specified for every camp.

CONDITIONS

The daily training process in the Russian Hockey School camp comprises two on-ice session, 1.5 hours each and a one-hour off-ice general physical training. A head coach and 4-5 coach assistants are stay on ice all the time to maintain the necessary intensity of training.
Apart from on-ice sessions we have classes in a gym to develop power and speed skills of players, stretching is also an important part of day-to-day trainings. Special focus is given to tactics and mental training of young campers. As a part of it, every day during the shift a coach conducts a situational “chalk talk” and video reviews using special equipment.
Special positional camps (e.g. goalie camps) have their own features depending on the position. We will be posting announcements on all the changes and newly introduced features in this section of the website.
